Today was my 2nd training session of Couch25K. I made it through the entire workout, but this time I didn't have to take an extra minute of walking through one of the walk/run intervals.
I remembered to bring my IPod and a pony tail holder for my hair. I also dropped my speed a little on the running intervals, and wore some new moisture-wicking Aididas workout shorts and shirt. I'm not saying it was easy, but I made it through.
I've decided to motivate myself by rewarding each training session with a new song to add to my workout playlist. Any suggestions?
