I'm having some hard runs this week and I think it's either because I'm tired, not getting to bed early enough or because I increased to 7 this past weekend or maybe it's just how much I hate the treadmill. Oh and then of course I'm also coming off of a little school break.
In any case I'm going to keep my runs this week a little on the low mileage side. I'm going to get to bed earlier than I have been too. I'm also going to try to increase my wake up time bit by bit to see if I can start running in the morning outside.
It's so hard to figure out a good running schedule, especially since my DH runs too and we have 2 children at home.
I've never been a morning person, but maybe that can change
