So I had intended to finally write down my rewards today. However yesterday I decided to move from Stage 2 to Stage 3 of the SparkPeole diet. Before it changed stages it asked if I wanted to update my goals - so I said yes and POOF out popped a new calorie calculation for me: between 1330 and 1680 a day.
However, it didn't ask what my activity level was, like it did the first time I set it up. So now I'm puzzled.
I'd previously figured out I have BMR of 1821.75.
So then according if I workout for at least 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week (I only selected moderately active just to be safe) I'd multiple that by 40% and add that amount to my BMR which equals 2550.75 calories a day to support my current weight. (That's a lot of calories! )
So SP currently has me set to -1000 calories a day roughly. I don't think that amount will support my activity level and will slow down my weight loss rather than help it.
But is my math right? -.- I'm not so sure anymore.
