Sore and strong

I have 3 five minute workouts on my iPod, 5 minute abs, 5 minute butt, and 5 minute arms. Yesterday I did all three and now I'm sore. I was able to get myself to do the 5 minute abs again today and I'm hoping to convince myself to do the other two later today. My breakfast was a banana and a strawberry nirvana jamba juice. Before I leave for work I'm going to start the slow cooker apple brown cinnamon oatmeal and possibly eat some for dinner. Having that to jump start my day tomorrow will help me avoid eating crap before I make it to the store tomorrow.
