More Ass toTell People to Kiss? lol!

Wednesday, January 05, 2011

So I gained 4 lbs over the holidays. Sigh... Not TOO bad but not good either.

But don't get too attached to me, four pounds. You're vacating these premises by the end of January. Got it? Good.

As long as I log my food and my exercise and drink lots of water I cannot go wrong. Thank you, Spark People. It's almost been one whole year since we've been going steady and I love you as much today as I did the first day I met you.

You help me be the best me I can be.

Spark People has been awfully good to me, too. I managed to maintain my weight over the holidays, so I was really encouraged by that. I still track my food and exercise every day. I'm afraid if I quit, I'll be right back where I started.

I know you can lose those 4 pounds this month!

I put on a couple pounds over the holidays and was surprised at how quickly it left once I got back into my groove....I am now even down by half a pound!!!
