Yesterday was rough

Without making excuses let me explain.Yesterday my beloved Razorbacks played in the Sugar Bowl. Since it was Tuesday we already had people coming over so we just made a party out of it. I didn't track and I know my sodium was monumentally off the charts. Ugh. I also didn't work out. Major fail.

Today will be better, but I am in desperate need of a routine change. My goal today is to reign in the sodium and work out for at least 30min.

Well that was short and sweet. I felt like I had so much more to say... oh yeah did anyone else know that you must catch the ball to win a football game? Neither did the Razorbacks...

    The bright spot is that you didn't have the Frisco Melt to add to the sodium from yesterday!

    Not a major fail! Just a minor setback. No big deal! We all do it now and again. As long as you commit to getting back on track (which it seems you are), you will be perfectly fine! Keep chugging along! We're right here with ya.
