Back to work. Long day but I made mostly good food choices. What I am mostly proud of is this. Had a dumb fight tonight with my boyfriend. I had a bowl of food half eaten and a glass of wine half drunk. After the fight instead of finishing the food and getting more as I would normally do when stresses and sad- so as to kind of numb the feelings, I went and journaled about them and dumped out the food and the wine. I am working on actually experiencing my emotions, the highs and the lows, instead of eating or drinking into numbness.
So yes. Dumb fight but good reaction.
