One of my goals this year was to drink less pop. I only drink diet, so it wasn't a calorie thing. I have been reading about artificial sweeteners making us fatter, so I thought I would cut down on the diet pop. I have gone 4 days without any pop. Upside is that my water intake has increased. Downside- I ma tired, but feel better, plus my coffee intake has also increased! I guess I need the caffeine. I find that I am drinking coffee at night. It could be that my husband bought me a Keurig machine for Christmas. I guess I need to get some teas for it. I hope to make it all week without pop! Wish me luck. 4 days down, 3 more to go.
