My goal this week is to not weigh myself until Monday morning. I really have a problem where I weigh myself every day if not twice a day. It's enough to drive me nuts and not show me the overall progress. For example, my official weigh ins to record for my tracker are Mondays. Last week I weighed less on Wednesday than I did the following Monday. Yes, I got to record that I lost 3 lbs, but I was disappointed it wasn't the 5 I was down on Wednesday. I should be happy with 3 pounds. I think this will help me become less obsessed with the numbers.
