broken streaks :-(

I've got a stomach bug. Yesterday and today I didn't get my 5+ fruits and veggies. And yesterday, not enough water and NO EXERCISE. I'm most bummed about the exercise - I've had a streak of at least 30 minutes a day since April 18. But even though I still feel crummy today, I'm better than I was yesterday, and i got 30 minutes of walking in. It was broken over two chunks, and much of it was indoors, and it was hard, but I did it. I hate being sick!!! - but getting sick once in a while helps me to appreciate more that truly, I am blessed with excellent health. And at least I'm not throwing up - although my stomach feels like it has a giant balloon in it.
Time for more ginger tea...

    'Tis the season, unfortunately...hoping you'll turn this around soon enough!

I probably shouldn't even type this for fear of hexing myself, but thus far for me, no bugs have struck! :-)
