slips and slides

well not doing fantstic , but I will not let that be my means to an end ,I do want to make my life better and it will not change without some struggle, I figure on the slipping , it's not the slipping that hurts , it's how long you stay on the glide of that slip, a slip is not a down hill event, it's an uphill and you can not make it to the top without building strength and preparing for falls and ways to get back up, the longer you let yourself slide the harder the climb to get back to where you were, so this new year my slip and slides will be short lived, lol, and I see the summit and keeping it in sight on my daily journey.

    I agree with you ... need to be prepared for the slips and slides... a strong foundation of good habits is my armor (along with a daily checklist of goals that I review several times a day and strive to achieve all of them each day)...
