Well I haven't been here in awhile. My new good habits carried me for awhile, but a new job with plently of stress and the holidays have found my weight inching back up so I need a boost. It's time to get my junk food habit back under control. I have also let my running fall to the wayside so I haven't been getting any exercise. Things are slowing down at work and I finally graduated with my MBA so I should be able to find some free time to get in some exercise. I also quit smoking... again on 10/10/10 which hasn't helped my weight any.
I found the sparkpeople mobile app yesterday which should make tracking easier as long as it works better than it did yesterday.
