Day 4 & 5 on Weight Watchers

After a breakfast of Branflakes, Skim milk, & fresh strawberries, I decided to make a pizza for lunch. I made sauce with tomato paste, garlic, sweet basil, oregano & Splenda. Spread that on a Boboli whole wheat crust. Chopped fresh spinach, zucchini, bell pepper, broccoli & 2 slices of ham. Sliced a few mushrooms. Put 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza, then added the veggies & ham.
I finally did not go over my daily points, lol. I made vegetable soup in the crockpot with low sodium, fat-free beef broth, Knorr Sun-dried tomato Pesto mix, cabbage, carrots, spinach & yellow squash.
For breakfast I took out some pre-diced tomatoes, broccoli, zucchini & mushrooms. Sautéed them in Extra Virgin Olive Oil spray. Added 2 oz low-fat chopped ham. Scrambled eggs in 2 T fat-free mayo, added to pan with slice of fat-free sharp cheese. It was 4 points+, delicious & filling.
For lunch I put some soup in 2 bowls and added some small pieces of cooked turkey breast. I divided the rest of the vegetable soup from the crockpot into containers, labeled & put in freezer.
