Will today be the day?

Tuesday, January 04, 2011

Will today be the day I give in...I give up? Will today be the day I let my emotions determine my success? Well, I would have every excuse..I'm tired. I don't feel like it, I don't want to work out alone....and on & on the list goes. If we want to find excuses, we never have to look very far. BUT, on the other hand, why don't we choose THIS DAY to instead let the positives outweigh the negatives. Like for instance, Today if I don't give in to all my excuses... I will feel better about myself, I will make a step in the right direction. I WILL WIN! Just this one thing, can begin my continued journey towards healthy living! We know all the benefits, so let's, in the words of Nike, "JUST DO IT"! We have nothing to loose(except unhealthy habits & pounds) and everything to win! emoticon

Why are we so hesitant to give ourselves the special gift of health? Won't it be a terrific feeling to reach a goal and say, "I did it!"? We owe it to ourselves to persevere. No one else can do this for us. Stay focused and positive. emoticon -- Lou
