So the get fit project is going okay nutrition wise as for the exercise part um yeah I have not gotten off my rear end as of yet. I have been moving around cleaning my house and all but as for structured workouts nothing as of yet, I just have to get my priorities in check and work out a workout schedule that works with my schedule. I am happy to say that I have not had any sodas or fast food Im still eating on the food I cooked Saturday night and I have a fridge/freezer full of food so I'm committed to saving money and my waist line. I bought one of those gallon jugs of water and took it to work with me and tried to get through the whole bottle I think I actually drank 1/4 of the bottle but tomorrow is a new day.
