So my last blog said I was reconnecting.. 3 weeks later I finally sign in again! haha.. way to go Michelle! So the holidays are over, my husband is back in camp, Paige is just over 6 weeks and still refuses to sleep very well at night! I set up a workout space at my parents place so now I can go over there, mom will watch the kiddies and I can get a good, uninteruppted workout in! I did a good workout today on the bike, the home gym and some yoga to finish it up.
Goals for the next weeks
1/7 Eat 3-5 servings of fruit and veggies
1/7 serving of soybeans, legumes, etc
1/7 half hour workoout
1/7 10 glasses of water
