so here I am starting again. Scary. Very Scary.
Two days ago, as a family we started following the EatingRules.com Rules- so far so good.
Day 2, made cinnamon rolls using some whole wheat- not all whole wheat. First snag! I love to use whole wheat but not by itself for something like that. Today (Day 3) has been better- oatmeal for breakfast. Salad with feta and taco meat for lunch. Roasting a chicken for dinner.
Walked Sophie on the new 'trail' 45 min at good speed, and swam 10 (2way) laps at the gym. Proud to have taken myself there!
