So here we are a brand new year! I know a lot of people brush off the date as an arbitrary day to change things, but I find it fulfilling to write things out. So to keep me accountable I will post my New Year's Resolutions here:
Health and Wellness
1. Gain a healthy lifestyle - a constant goal, but one worth reaffirming.
A. Become 135lbs by July 2011
1. Exercise 6 days a week.
2. Track food
3. Drink 8 cups of water a day.
4. Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night.
B. Nurture your soul.
1. Journal once a day.
2. Do Tarot and Rune readings once a day.
3. Meditate 4 times a week.
1. DO HOMEWORK ON TIME!!!! I'm a horrible procrastinator and as a grad student this does not work anymore.
