OK, so it's only the 3rd. Whatever.
I have joined the 28 day boot camp (yay!), had to start the running program over, but did go running today and used the weights for upper body stuff (double yay!) and was actually a little under my calories for today (not dangerous under, just a few calories).
Tomorrow is the next day of the rest of my new life of healthiness.
