I was writing on the boards about not changing my tracker after I hit 160. I'm sure it was a mental block, but I need to figure out why.
I have changed it now to reflect what I weigh, and will continue to track, now that I've brought it to my attention.
Does the past history need to be dealt with, as Trish nudged? I thought I had dealt with it and done the whole forgiveness route, but obviously there is still something there. My job now is to figure out what I need to still handle, and then handle it.
