OK, so two days down and going strong! I'm not feeling that great this morning but just ate a little breakfast and hoping that will help. I have the day off, have some errands to run and planning on going swimming at the lunchtime lap swim. I haven't swam in a LONG time, hopefully I won't drown!

Here are my goals for today:

Food - 1300 calories
Water - 80+ ounces
Exercise - 30 minutes swimming
