14 days and counting....

So my 12 week program starts in only 14days. I am really getting good at tracking my food and getting into a routine of working out. I know that during these 12 weeks I will be pushing harder than I have been but determined to make a difference in my life and that is what I want. I know I need to make changes and I am on my way to making those changes!!!


That is my new motto and I really keep that in mind during all that I do. I just keep with the cardio and add my strength training and with all the help I am getting from all my sparkteams....its such great encouragement.

I really want to thank all the team leads for their efforts in keeping everyone motivated!!! All great news they share.....

This is gonna be a great year all of us!!!!

    You have the right attitude, and that will help you achieve all your goals. I started last year with the slow and steady mantra and minus 80 lbs later, its apparent that slow can really add up! Make little goals for yourself, and remember to reward even small accomplishments with little "gifts" to yourself, nothing expensive, just pats on the back, they keep you motivated as well.
