14 days and counting....

So my 12 week program starts in only 14days. I am really getting good at tracking my food and getting into a routine of working out. I know that during these 12 weeks I will be pushing harder than I have been but determined to make a difference in my life and that is what I want. I know I need to make changes and I am on my way to making those changes!!!
SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE!!!
That is my new motto and I really keep that in mind during all that I do. I just keep with the cardio and add my strength training and with all the help I am getting from all my sparkteams....its such great encouragement.
I really want to thank all the team leads for their efforts in keeping everyone motivated!!! All great news they share.....
This is gonna be a great year all of us!!!!
