Starting to feel better after a Christmas cold/flu. I have cleaned / purged / and organized most of my house and getting ready for life to happen.
Most definitely, i have let my eating slide and have paid the price in weight gain, upset digestive system, and generally feeling bad (from the food, and the guilt). Which leads to no energy and laziness resulting in not working out----and the cycle repeats......
So, here we are, 2011. Ready to commit again to eating well, good whole foods and smart workouts. I promise to try (really really hard) to share this info in my food tracker and workout tracker. Lets see how i do.
My goals are:
1. Commitment to healthy eating as evidenced by tracking my points/food through sparkpeople, and eating healthful whole foods 80% of the time. (35 meals a week) (At least 5 meals a day, 6 if evening workout).
2. Goal weight of 145 lbs, approx 29 inch waist, 37-38 inch hip, 36-37 inch chest. (Not really sure what 145 looks like on me, so just a guesstimate) So, unfortunately that means a 15 lbs weight loss, goal date April 1, 2011.
3. Exercise (planned) workouts minimum 4 x a week, to max 6 x a week.
4. Get more sleep ( be more organized and less stressed ( lots of sub goals for this one).
