Once again, here we are at the beginning of a new year, and the beginning of a new challenge in our lives.
A little slip up and on comes a few pounds. But not to worry, easily shed. Just need to get it together with the calories in and calories out. It is a simple enough equation. Why is it not so simple to follow. It must be all the darn hollidays. And not just the Christmas ones. It seems we fall off the program so easily when it comes to hollidays of any kind.
So, onward and upward, as they say. Back to basics. Exercise daily and reduce calories, meaning all the empty foods, of course.
