Good Morning; I am up and roaring to go. I weighed in this morning and I dropped 2 lbs. This may seem like alot, but this is for a 2 week period. I do not weigh in weekly. I get panic attacks on the scale. this is what I know- calories consumed minus calories burnt will eventually result in weight loss. The key is consistency and portion control. This is what I do. What is hard is getting started! My journey started when I planned to see my bestfriend who lives in Scotland. I also want to get my feet and legs in shape of being able to with stand long hours of standing while in museums or art galleries. I want a better me this year health wise. Each day I get up and look into the mirror. Hey you, you are getting better and better! I love you! Have a wonderful day every one!
