Since the holidays began I've taken a weight loss vacation ... vacation is over! I am recommitted today to get back to my goal weight. I've lost 28 lbs since I started in August and over the holidays I did gain back 3 of those dreaded pounds. This could be much worse, so I am not going to dwell on it. I am just going to focus on losing those 3 lbs as well as an additional 5 lbs for the month of January. I am quite sure that with the right diet and exercise, this will happen for me. I need to stop eating whatever and whenever I want and fill my body with healthy, nutritious foods and only eat when I am hungry. No more cookies, no more chips, no more booze ... I don't eat these things on a normal basis, so it won't be hard to kick them to the curb.
I am ready to be healthy, to succeed and to reach my goals!!! Here we go!
