2011 goals:
250 runs
1500 miles
28.8 miles a week
125 mile a month!
250 walks
500 miles
be able to do 25 mens push ups (right now I can do 10)
5 pulls ( right now 0)
miantian current weight, although it wouldn't hurt my feeling one bit if I lost a couple lbs.
And to continue with the ADD eating plan.
2010 was a good runnign year: 201 runs and 923.55 miles!!
