FOCUS:
Keeping my eye on the prize. I do mental visualization of the inches and LBS melting away as I follow the rules.

COMMITMENT: I am staying committed to my to my new life style and away from the carbs and fat.

ACTION: Water water water then more water!

RESULTS; 1 lbs down and being on track

ACCOUNTABILITY: I am my own worst enemy. I can be successful or defeated by my own choices.
