Yes planning has never been one of my strongest areas.
I do lots of last minute things….some work out better than others.
I have taken last minute vacations that were fabulous but…
have made last minute dinners that have not turned out well or healthy in the least!
So, it’s a new year, a fresh start and I am making a plan!
My fitness plan is great! I have a great schedule and do get to the gym at least 5 times a week but….
This year I will become a healthy meal planner.
I have been really good with breakfasts and lunches, but, things always tend to fall apart when it comes to dinners. It is harder because, it’s not just food for me (like breakfast and lunch) and the hubby and kids are pickier than me. So, I’m making a list of healthy meals that I know my family will eat and making a calendar for the week and am finally going to get this food “time slot” under control!
Goals for 2011:
*Finally lose those unwanted 20 pounds
*Try some new classes at the gym
*Get back into kettlebells and running! (I saw the best changes in my body when doing both of these!)
*Healthy dinner plan
*Daily walk (no excuses)
*Sign up for several 5k’s throughout the year
I want to be the best wife, mom, sister, daughter, friend…overall person I can be :)
