Ok, so I have totally slipped off the band wagon here....ok, so maybe I crashed, tipped the wagon over and broke a few axles! I feel absolutely horrible! I planned to eat healthy this weekend and then I got sick and spent a few days just chilling with my bf, yikes what a mistake! 2 days of not tracking and I am back to eating half a box of chocolates again! Yikes, what happened to the crazy willpower I had before Christmas, I seriously don't know?? Anyone seen it? When I was tracking everything, and I mean EVERYTHING I put in my mouth I would grab a chocolate and then put it down because I knew it would throw me off the rest of the day. Today I literally ate half a box of pot o gold chocolates...and feel sick about it. OK so this is the first obstacle. I am going to get back on track and start tracking everything I eat again. I will exercise moderately, maybe break it up into 2 15 min sessions because I am not feeling so hot, (I contracted a head cold somewhere!) but I am determined. I know I can do this, as Napoleon would say, "I see only the objective, the obstacle MUST give way!"
