As I am trying to stay on the right path, I've discovered the nutritional tracker. Not really a discovery, but new to use for me. I have been tracking my meals and reading the follow up information. It's great to get such immediate feedback on what I'm eating. I know that I'm supposed to stay within a certain range, but the tracker helps me to see where I need more work.
Tuesday I will grow grocery shopping. I've always tried to choose healthier items and stay away from processed foods. I always buy all the items necessary for a good salad, any never use them
. I was hoping I would get tired off wasting that money and either eat the salad or not buy anymore. Well, I'll be buying more salad fixings this Tuesday, buy I'm confident I will be eating salad this week. I need to concentrate on finding healthy snacks. It's so hard to find good fruit. I know fresh is better than canned, but I might have to settle for a mixture of both.
Next step...... fitness!
