I was surprised to get on the scale this morning & find that my weight was down 4# since the holidays. I hadn't been exercising regularly, but then keeping up with the kids burns calories, right?! I have been eating, what I thought was quite a bit, but in reality the portion sizes are way down. I think for me, I prefer "grazing" rather than sitting down to "square meals." Anyone else eat this way?
