New Year's Day

Sunday, January 02, 2011

I didn't feel very good on new year's eve, but I had to get up and go to work, anyways. After all, calling in on a holiday when I volunteered, would not go over well. So I went into work, but I didn't go to the gym.
I felt better on New Year's so I got off of my butt and did 2 miles on the treadmill. The best way to mark progress is to know where you are going based on where you started. Thus, I've taken my measurements and I guess, I have been extremely blind. I knew I was getting bigger....but I didn't realize I am as big as I am....thin glasses, perhaps?
This is a hard pill to stomache....thus we start.
I'm going to start some blogs and link them. the first one is just on recipes. revamping some to lower calories and points. butterflytransitions.blo

Happy New Year's!

You can always start anew! Good luck!

Sort of at a standstill here... well, probably a little slide UP the scales for this holiday. Celery and water when I get home, I suppose...
