Happy New Year!
Yesterday, I took some time to look back on my fitness miles/minutes and my weight tracker. I didn't run/walk as much as I had planned and I certainly didn't lose as much as I had hoped (but, I did lose some, thanks to an end-of-the-year push).
So, here I am making new goals:
* Run that 5k that I planned on running last year. I got so that I could run the distance, I just never actually did it. Now, I need to build that distance back up. Last year, I had a goal of a 1/2 marathon, but I think for now, it will just be getting out there for a 5k.
* Lose the remaining 40 pounds of my original 50 pound goal -- 5 pounds at a time.
*Save/plan/go -- trip to Paris with my dearest childhood friend! She's the one who inspires me to be a better person and who introduced me to SP.
* Organize my home office files -- DONE yesterday!
So, one goal complete, three to go :)
