So I just had a great ending to the year 2010. All thru the holidays I worked out regularly and kept the sweets in check.. only one or two here and there and didn't over indulge. I was STRONG!!! And to show for it, I lost almost 14 lbs since October 15th. Wooohoo!!! What an AWESOME feeling!!
And the NEW YEAR 2011 is gonna be even better:) Started off January 1st with a 50 minute Ellitptical workout and another one today, Jan. 2nd. If I'm gonna do it, I HAVE to!! NO EXCUSES!!! PERIOD!!! It's all a matter of "How bad do I want it?" Well, I want this bad!! Day by day, workout by workout, watching what I eat, I'm doing it!!!
