Track all food. No matter how awful it looks written down. It is ONLY by seeing what is going in that I can change it. Tomorrow is always a new (better!) day.
Training plan begins tomorrow. =) Happy New Year everyone!!
PS Just a few goals for now, until I can get my plans in place for attacking them and WINNING against my resolutions
1. finish my degree program with a 3.5 gpa (currently a 3.65, so, not too worried)
2. finish my 10k in less than 90 minutes
3. lose 20 pounds this year (lost 23 last, so again, not too worried)
