1-1-11 Day 1 again

So since June 2010 I have lost 26.7lbs, I could have lost more but I have been in a weight loss cycle I gain 5 I lose 3, I lose 7 I gain 3. Considering I haven't worked out as much as I could have and really was just eating whatever without thinking about the consequence. Overall am proud of my weight loss for the year. So with that being said today is day one of my continued weight loss journey.

So I have 56.6lbs to lose before I hit my goal and I hope to reach this goal by July 2011.

Update on the Fat Smash Diet
I just couldn't do it, I mean the holidays got the best of me and had to have some meat albeit I did great only a few thin slices of ham and I only ate one plate. In all I lasted 4 days of the 9 day detox, I might try this again down the road but I now I'm not going to attempt this anytime soon. I'm just trying to watch my portions and watch what I eat and attempt to drink at least a gallon of water a day. I'm also going to see how long I can go without eating fast food. I have a well stocked fridge so there is no reason not to eat at home. I am still dealing with a healing left ankle so I have to slowly get back in to working out. I'm going to try to go to the gym tomorrow.

    Get better and getting stronger is important and there is an article on here about 2 steps forward and 1 back, it talks about how you have been moving and that it is not out of the ordinary. Do not get discouraged, take heart and step into your new plan for the new year 2011 will be GREAT!!
