Okay, I did overdo it over the holidays. In some ways I am surprised the total gain isn't worse. I guess I have learned some good habits. Between Thanksgiving and New Year's, I have gained 7 lbs. My goal is to have it gone by Valentine's Day which is about 6 weeks. I know that will be a challenge because these are like those last pounds before goal. I am going to use the 28 day bootcamp from Spark to keep me focused. I also plan to get back on my bike, either inside on the trainer or outside depending on the weather. The biggest change I plan to make is to do my exercise as early in the day as possible. I have been putting it off and then deciding it was too close to bedtime to exercise. I plan to weigh every day.... yes, I know weight varies from day to day without regard to real weight loss, but I think the scale will keep me honest.
