2011 Fitness Goals/Resolutions

Here are my fitness related resolutions for 2011.

• Lose 50+ pounds (Target weight 180)
• Start no TV Saturdays…do something else instead (Restrictions include Netflix, movies and TV. Wii Exercising, Workout DVDs and TV while on elliptical are allowed)
• Make 3 new healthy recipes each month
• Finish a 5K race by the end of the summer
• Learn to basic Bellydance moves through DVD purchased
• Learn how to cross country ski, and go at least 5 times this year
• Snowshoe at least 8 times this year
