Bring with you to work some boiled eggs without the yoke. Bring just the egg whites. Sprinkle a little seasoning on it! Very good for you and you get your protein! It helps to hold you to! I hope this will help. If I remember right I think 40 calories per white and 4 grams of protein. 1970 days ago
