I took the time today to reread some of my favorite SPARK articles. I was trying to find the right words to use to support those Sparkers who are starting on their new journey.
I remember when I started for the umteinth time and thought I couldn't get through it. If there hadn't been a small article in the Denver paper about weight loss and successful programs, I would have never found SPARK.
"25 Way to Get Back on Track Today " by instructor Nicole Nichols, really hit home for me. I hope it helps anyone needing advice and encouragement towards achieving your goals.
Stay strong SPARKERS! The road has many curves and tempting side trips. Keep excuses down to a minimum. Remember ten minutes is better than no minutes.
