It's been a while...

since I posted a blog. My last blog was about the new year... 2010 LOL!
I had 10 goals, most of them I didn't come close to resolving to for the year.
I have cut down on the red meat, but I have not cut it down as much as I wanted.
I haven't tracked my food in months
Still having an issue with Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
I've gotten much better about at least logging into SP
I've been too stressed to meditate
I have walked Delilah... a few times. I am ashamed of not doing this.
If I didn't walk the dog, I definitely didn't do more cardio!
same with strength training!
It's 3am, I did not conquer the sleep problem.
And the last thing was to teach Delilah a new command each month. She can sit, wait, lay down, shake, say hello(she waves at you), sit pretty, high five, catch, leave it alone, drop it, plays fetch, she has a few things that she will find (even if they are in another room) and bring to you when you ask for them by name. She can do more, but those listed are what she does consistently. That is 12 things, so I guess I did accomplish that one goal. I have to think about it and figure out what my goals are for this year. I need to simplify, I know that much so far...
