    Ok I love you, sorry I didn't get here sooner!! I am here, though. Woooot!! I've been so busy, but I made myself a bucket list and I am back tooooo!!!!!! But the weird thing is, with this video - it restarts itself after you say, "wake up in the morning and do a little....." and it's weird because I can't fast forward through it... hmmm... wonder if it's my computer why it would do that........ weirrrrrdddddd

    Nice to see your page again, missed your faithful updates. I hope you, your aunty and the gang on sparks had a good christmas and New Years..

What meal should be bigger? Well the saying goes...

Eat like a KING at breakfast
Like a queen for Lunch
and a pauper for dinner.

So that should answer your question lol.. Remember your body has been on a "fast" through out the night, so eating a nice breakfast, gets it going, for the day ahead of you. GL

I also joined the 28 day challenge WOOT.. and WE CAN DO THIS!
I posted in our team, and I have yet to set the thing up "we discussed in CT" But I PROMISE I WILL...tomorrow.

Anyway, lets do this once and for all..a NEW BEGINNG WOOT!

    I'd agree with SparklingViolet - I need to have a substantial breakfast before I work out, or I can feel the fatigue in my body & don't do as well. I do have to wait a bit as opposed to just getting going on my cardio right after I eat. I don't worry about which meal's largest, though - I just make sure I stay in range. It tends to vary, anyway.

When you do go shopping, try some 'regular' (not instant) oats - they are super easy and fast to make. I also do barley (in a crockpot, but you don't have to do that) in batches & mix it half and half with oatmeal. Barley is lower calorie but has great nutritional value - and it tastes awesome as a breakfast cereal that really stays with you.

    Interesting question. My lunch tends to be bigger.

There are a few reasons for this:
1) I usually work out AFTER breakfast @ around 10-11amish. I CANNOT workout on an empty stomach. I seriously feel like I'm gonna vomit. So I eat a super light breakfast to have something in my tummy...maybe like yogurt or just like 1/2 of my plate of breakfast (The other 1/2 I put in the microwave and save for when I get back from the gym cause I'm usually STARVING!)
2) I don't work the normal "9-5" job. I usually work 2pm-10pm so my "lunch" isn't till around 5:30 pm and I'm STARVING.
3) I'm usually up pretty late so my "lunch" needs to carry me well into the night.

I have no idea which meal is supposed to be larger but for me, lunch usually is. I move around A TON at work so I need the extra energy to get through the day. My dinner is usually the smallest. If you look at your food tracker, it breaks down the percentage of each meal. Like my breakfast is about 25% of my daily caloric intake and my lucnch is like 40% and my dinner is like 25%. The rest from snacks or what I call "fourth meal"
