Started Weight Watchers this week!

So far I love the new plan. Seems like there is a lot of food to eat. I woke up early today, (2am) and was so hungry that I ate a banana(0 pts). Drank some herb tea and was good until breakfast time. I ate 1 poached egg (2 pts), 1 slice Orowheat Light Whole Wheat Bread (2 pts), 1 pat butter (2 pts) 2 slices ham (2 pts), 1 cup fat-free milk (2 pts) and an orange. Ate another banana for snack. Had way too many points for breakfast (11 pts) but I plan to eat garden vegetable soup and a salad today to fill up with zero points. I have been shivering and cold lately. So glad I have my kitties to snuggle with.
