Started Weight Watchers this week!

So far I love the new plan. Seems like there is a lot of food to eat. I woke up early today, (2am) and was so hungry that I ate a banana(0 pts). Drank some herb tea and was good until breakfast time. I ate 1 poached egg (2 pts), 1 slice Orowheat Light Whole Wheat Bread (2 pts), 1 pat butter (2 pts) 2 slices ham (2 pts), 1 cup fat-free milk (2 pts) and an orange. Ate another banana for snack. Had way too many points for breakfast (11 pts) but I plan to eat garden vegetable soup and a salad today to fill up with zero points. I have been shivering and cold lately. So glad I have my kitties to snuggle with.

    I love the new weight watchers! Now, I will gladly choose a banana since it's zero points! It's odd, before it was 2 points and I didn't want to "waste" my points. What a terrible way of thinking!

    My husband and I are in TOPS and it is so inexpensive. Some places charge 50 cents others 1 dollar a meeting plus the 26 dollar yearly charge. We have games, lots of awards, lessons, etc. It is more of a support instead of telling you how to diet. You weigh-in and we love it. emoticon
