Hi! This is my first blog entry. I started back on Sparkpeople this week and it's going really great right now. I have no official scale right now so no weigh in day. I want to see myself lose weight from my body not from the scale. If i have a day where I didn't lose any weight or I gained a pound I'll get down on myself and I want to avoid that. Sparkpeople is a really great website and I think it's really going to help me become a better me!

    Hi and welcome back to Sp. If you don't want to weigh, how about measuring certain bits, and compare weekly, or even monthly?
