Today was my weekly weigh in and I gained 1.8lbs.
I figured as much and I already got back on track last Sunday. That is the first weight gain I have had since July so I guess I shouldn't beat myself up too bad.
Next week will be better.

    Keep in mind that as you exercise you add muscle which weighs more.....I don't get on the scales frequently. I go by how my clothes feel...and have dropped two sizes since summer.

    Give yourself a emoticon that is one of the hardest things to learn, no one is perfect & we all will have set backs. When mine comes (only been at this a month) I hope I can handle it with a positive attitude like you have.
