end of the month goal check!

Thursday, December 30, 2010

Hey everyone! I can't believe it is almost 2011. 34 more hours until 2011. I can't say I completely failed my goals for the month. But I learned an important lesson. Don't put off things. I didn't do any BC last week b/c I was going to do it this week b/c Ryan was going to leave & I was going to have all the exercise living room time I could ever ask for. Well that didn't happen. And I put off going to my 2nd group centergy class. I was *sure* there would be one scheduled tomorrow..NOPE! Every other class except centergy..go figure.

So here is my recap:

1. Have @ least 900 minutes (this will make my yearly minute quota) I have 855 as of now so I will get those last 45 done. I REALLY want to hit 1,000. I miss that little award they give you. And I'm soooo close!
2. Finish 3 weeks of Burn circuit I have 2 full weeks done & one additional BC1. I will probably get a BC2 in there but not sure about BC3..woops!

3. Go to group centergy @ least 2x - I went to one and put off going to the 2nd until it was to late!

I have joined challenges, created my own challenge and have learned many things. I'm hoping to make 2011 a great year for me. I feel alot more emotionally stable. I had alot of ups and downs this year..especially about the house and stuff. But now I'm moved in and for the most part settled. Ryan and I are doing well and moving forwards so that is good. I think 2011 is going to be a great year!

I will think of some January goals soon. Probably just 1,000 minutes and going back to the barn on a regular basis.

Have a great New Year everyone!!
