Dee, your snows remind me of when I lived in Wisconsin for over 11 years. It was like this late fall through spring. I am glad that I am living there now. We have had up to 7-8 inches of snow in my area all the month of December. Today, was beautiful, sunny & warmer.
You did it again! It has warmed up here and now you made me run get my blanket and socks! BRRRRRR! Just the sight of all that cold stuff freezes me. I still can't see how you ever survive through all that! I know Phillip will enjoy looking at these pictures when he gets back from his Dad's.
You really didn't need to go anywhere anyway. Better to be stuck at home than stuck in a snow drift. Been there and done that. It was not fun. Thanks for sharing. Hugs from J
Great pictures Dee....... thanks for posting them....... we get about the same as you do....... lots of shoveling..... but not for me...... walking is hard..... and dangerous....... 30 inches is a lot..... I'm not sure how much we got.... time to get out there and build a ..
My daughter lives in the DC area and last year she was snowed in - at work - three separate times! She slept in a hallway, an office and finally scored a couch the last time. It was her boyfriend and his jeep that got her to and from work. This year, not so much snow. I am sorry that you are getting inundated.
