Depression can be really tough--never knew how bad it could be until my best guy friend died--took me a long time to get out. One thing that I know does help--exercise. If I start feeling blue, the first thing I do is get up and out of the house. Sometimes if I just find a good book to read and go sit a coffee shop or McD's it helps, but exercise at the gym helps the most. We are here for you, let us know how we can help.
